Refund & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with SAVRAA. We want you to be completely satisfied with every order. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work, and it applies to all orders placed through our website.
1. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, you're entitled to a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Timeframe: Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How to report it: Email hsbecom777@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video clearly showing the issue. In most cases you will not need to send the item back to us — our team reviews the evidence and confirms your replacement or refund directly.
Once approved, a replacement is dispatched within 3–5 business days, or a refund is processed within 7 business days.
2. Change of Mind Returns
If you simply no longer want an item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
To start a change-of-mind return, email us at hsbecom777@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 7 business days.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Personal care, hygiene, or intimate-use items that have been opened or used
- Items returned without their original packaging or accessories
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
4. Refund Method
Refunds for orders paid by card or online payment are issued back to the original payment method.
Refunds for orders paid by Cash on Delivery are issued via bank transfer to an account you provide, or as store credit — your choice.
5. Order Cancellations
Need to cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible at hsbecom777@gmail.com. We can cancel orders free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process above applies instead.
